The councilor of La Paz, Roxana Pérez del Castillo, who was in charge of the traceing control operation, where a municipal official was hit by a driver who evaded control and fled, announced on Tuesday that he will accompany the process against the driver.
Likewise, the councilor said that she will request the extension of the crime for murder attempt, since she said that the driver acted with premeditation.
“We are presenting the memorial, we will accompany the process and we will ask that crimes by the police be extended, and that the crime of murder in the degree of attempt can be contemplated,” said Del Castillo.
The driver who raised the official, was apprehended, he is being investigated for the crimes of relief omission, and escape, now they ask that the crimes be extended.
“I want to request that what images show, is an attempt at a tentative degree, are undercover, Today we could be regretting the death of a human being, ”said Del Castillo.
The councilor also said that a process will begin against the mayor of La Paz, Iván Arias, for breach of duties.
