Through a judicial hearing, this day, the third man involved in the brutal aggression to Sebastián Carbajal, in the Chimbas department, on April 8, identified as Maximiliano Jofré, was sent to the prison with preventive detention for the next eight months. The determination was taken by the judge of the case, Roberto Montilla, after the subject was detained over the weekend, according to judicial sources. In this way, Jofré adds to the situation that the other two people signed up by the beating of Carbajal: the brothers -in -law Víctor Signapaz and Maximiliano Heredia.

From the first moment, the researchers had the presumption, then ratified, that there were three people who assaulted Carbajal. After various testimonies, they were able to identify it and finally give in chimbas with Jofré.

According to the prosecutor of the case, Francisco Micheltorena, Jofré participated in the blows to Carbajal, whom they accused of an alleged robbery. First they assaulted the victim when he returned from his work, inside the Villa Mariano Moreno, in Chimbas, and then in a car he was transferred to the area of ​​El Villicum, where they continued with the beating.
