One of his most recent chapters shows the surprising friendship between Abe Simpson and Moe Szyslak thanks to his passion for Springfield isotopes, something that goes back to the past of grandfather Simpson and where It brings us back to a family member that we had without seeing in the series for almost ten years.
The Simpsons Recover grandfather’s grandfather Simpson
In the 36×15 episode, entitled Abe League of Their Moe, We see the return of Oswald John Simpson, also known as “The Old Tut”the grandfather of Abe Simpson who we didn’t see from a brief flashback in the 28th season of the Matt Groening series.
The chapter starts with A flashback of the young Abe attending a game of the Springfield isotopes with his grandfather. Both celebrate that Springfield players managed to avoid war to continue playing, a memory that Abe keeps with love.
Abe enjoyed that day that one day he sounded with watching a game with his grandson in those same seats he held with Oswald John Simpson so many years ago.
Interestingly, Grandfather Simpson’s grandfather still has no voice, since Oswald was shown to strangle Orville, Abe’s father, due to his disappointment because of the way Orville suffocated his son (since Orville worked as a professional minor abuser).
