Venezuelan actress Ivette Domínguez requested support from prosecutor Tarek William Saab after denouncing constant threats that, she says, puts her life at risk.
Venezuelan actress Ivette Domínguez denounced through her social networks that since December 2024 she has been a victim of constant threats that have affected her personal and professional life.
Domínguez said that the attack began on December 3, after making a traditional Christmas “colocuña”.
“My only sin has been to work decently in this country,” he said in a video posted on his Instagram account.
The artist explained that he faces an open criminal investigation with the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc) and said he feared for his life and that of his close environment.
During these four months, he said, he has received more than 700 threatening messages through WhatsApp, from multiple phone numbers.
“I go to bed and receive attacks, I get up and keep receiving attacks,” he said, pointing out that this situation has affected his mood and his desire to continue working.
Dominguez also revealed that the attackers identified themselves as members of a “sect”, using terms that he described as “very dark” and “murky.”
Given this scenario, he asked for support from his followers to label the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, and request his intervention in the case.
“They know who I am, but I don’t know who they are,” he said, while reiterating his call to action and his hope that his complaint opens the way for other victims to also raise his voice.
The actress thanked the messages of support received and reaffirmed her commitment to move forward despite the circumstances.
