Events.- Officials of the San Juan Lara Municipal Delegation, clarified the murder of Andrés Adolfo Díaz Mendoza (30), who was injured with a firearm in the El Tostao neighborhood, Warrior Parish Ana Soto, Iribarren Municipality, Lara state, the early morning of April 13, subsequently died in a health center, achieving the arrest of its victimizer.
It was known that the victim was in a club located in the direction in question, when an argument originated with Juan Carlos Colmenares Lucena (25), with whom he constantly had personal problems, because he suspected that Andrés participated in the death of his brother four years ago; In addition, it was under the influence of alcohol, proceeding to draw a firearm, acting against Andrés.
The victim, Malapleida, took a game and injured her perpetrator in the neck region, both taken to a town health center, where Andrés underwent surgical intervention, being in a delicate state and subsequently died.
Juan Carlos was arrested, being verified in the police investigation and information system (Syipol), throwing that he has drug records, such as evidence, the homicide weapon and a bera, SBR150, AM7Z47D plate.
