After YPF’s decision to reduce the price of their fuels by an average of 4%, the main competitors in the sector, Shell y Axionthey also joined the measure. In the last hours, both companies applied similar sales in their service stations, seeking to maintain their competitiveness in the market.
In addition to the adjustments in the suppliers, the three oil companies updated their price screens to reflect the new rates. fuel decline occurs in a context of exchange stability and reduction of certain operating costs, which allowed this relief for consumers.
The decline in fuel amounts in these oil companies will virtually not perceived in consumer pockets, since the casualties are around $ 30 per liter on average. However, it is still an encouraging index in the middle of a slow but constant inflationary context.
These reductions range between 0.8% and 4.1%, being more noticeable in premium products.
