They demand justice for death as a child in Nuevo Casas Grande hospital

This Friday, Abigail Marín López, mother of little José Manuel OM, of only 4 years, filed a formal complaint with the State Attorney General (FGE) against two doctors of the Nuevo Casa Grande Community Hospital, accusing them of alleged medical negligence that resulted in the death of the minor.
The tragic death occurred on April 28, 2025. According to the complaint, the child was attended in said hospital, but allegedly did not receive adequate medical care, which would have caused a fatal outcome. The child of the child directly holds doctors Jorge Eljach Paola and Sotelo, as well as any other involved in the poor care provided in the Community Hospital.
The child’s family, known with love as “Pepito”, demands justice and thorough investigation by the ministerial authorities, in order to determine the responsibilities and possible sanctions for the alleged negligence.
The FGE has already received the complaint and it is expected that in the next few days the corresponding proceedings to clarify the facts.
