A complaint spread on social networks against The First Plus bus line has generated a strong controversy, after a Tiktok user, identified as @Yoinasilva, will publish a series of videos in which it shows how it was Forced to get off the bus with her minor daughter for trying to climb a suitcase with wheels.
The incident occurred at the Morelia terminal and was recorded in several videos that quickly went viral. “I am in Morelia in Primera Plus and they just got down struggling from a truck, shouting, telling me that I could not get on and that if I did not go down at that time I was not going to take off the unit, in addition to the fact that they told me that my ticket were going to return to me or my money would return to me as soon as I went down, all for this suitcase of my baby,” The user said.
In one of the clips you hear how a response from the company’s staff demands: “You will not return my money. Tell me that you will not return the money. Please tell me. Or tell me that you will not return the ticket “. To which a worker responds: “Just as you went with the companions, no. Tell me, for you you were the one that thanks the staff. The staff gave you attention.”
Visibly affected, the mother insists that the bus video be reviewed to check her version: “You have the cameras. You have the cameras. Czech, please, in the cameras. Check the cameras of your bus, please.”
In a second video, the situation scale when an employee, identifying as Mariel, confronts the user. “What do you want? What do you want? I am giving my data, my name is Mariel.”the worker is heard.
The case has generated a wave of reactions found. Many users defended the mother: “Demands the company and more because a man touched your daughter,” A woman wrote.
