Ávila 5 May. (Europa Press) –
The spokesman of the Popular Group in Congress, Miguel Tellado, has placed the president of the PP in Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, to “revalidate” his government in the next regional elections, while congratulating the regional leader because the formation “does not stop rising in the surveys.”
This has been pointed out during his participation in the closure of the act ‘In defense of equality and democracy’, which has been held in Ávila, and in which Mañueco himself has also participated in addition to national deputies such as Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo, Sergio Sayas and José Antonio Bermúdez de Castro present at a round table.
During his speech, Tellado has insisted that he must “revalidate” the government in Castilla y León. “I am sure that this will happen. Every time we know new surveys in Castilla y León we do not stop going up and that is the best sign and we also have to give Spain an alternative to the disgust that Sanchismo has represented,” he appealed.
The ‘popular’ spokesman has lamented the “many pending subjects” that, in his opinion, the central government has with “Ávila and Castilla y León”. Hence, you have remembered that next week they will ask in Congress to approve the Fiscal Plan of the Railway Atlantic Corridor in the community. “A plan that must detail the investments in each province, the budget and a schedule of actions that must be agreed with the Government of the Autonomous Community, with the government of President Mañueco,” he said.
At this point, he also criticized that the PSOE has resigned from Ávila to projects such as the headquarters of the Prado in the Palace of Las Águilas, the rehabilitation of the Plaza Adolfo Suárez, the new visitable section of the wall or the water supply of the capital through the Cogotas dam. “Sánchez not only has Ávila at risk of cutting electricity, like all Spain, but also at risk for hydraulic supply,” he had abounded.
In line with these words, he has referred to the “disconnection” that infrastructure also suffers in the province. “And that is a battle horse that your partner Héctor Palencia carries facing the ineffable Óscar Puente”, has continued to refer to the “86 stops” that, in his words, wanted to “remove” municipalities Abulenses and that rejected the congress “thanks to the PP” and an initiative that “elaborated Héctor Palencia”-deputy of the PP by Ávila.
“Now what is needed is that the Government listens to what Congress has decided. By train and within the province the PSOE cuts in the stations as it has just been removed by the staff of Arévalo. By train to Madrid, it is not only that there is no bird, but that the PSOE has reduced the frequencies and also the speed. By road to Madrid the PSOE has extended the most expensive toll of all the borderline provinces. Valladolid, Minister Puente has decided to rule out the highway connection despite having demanded the Congress also at the proposal of the Popular Party.
