Thus, a call is made to the competent authorities to the necessary measures are taken to guarantee the principles of impartiality and neutrality in Colombian arbitration”, he concludes.

This is the second time in less than a week that a team protests the appointment of referees before Dimayor and the Arbitration Commission, since Independent Medellin presented his disagreement with the appointment of Nicholas Gallo.
