À Punt brings together the pilota world in the premiere of ‘Sacha a Nova York’

Sacha a Nova York will be on Thursday 4th July at 10.45pm on À Punt’s Thursday nights. The well-known sportsman from Orba will show spectators that pilota is not only played in the Valencian Community and will highlight the fact that the most Valencian sport is played all over the world, even in the Big Apple, where there are thousands of players and pelota courts.

The event, held at the Lys cinemas in Valenciawas attended by a large number of personalities from the world of Valencian pilota, such as Victoria Díez (individual raspall champion), players such as Seve or Conillet, David Sarasol (Director of the Pilota Museum), Tino Bendicho (coordinator of pilota for the Generalitat Valenciana), Belén Puchal and Elvira López (vice-presidents of the Valencian Pilota Federation), among others. Also in attendance were prominent institutional authorities such as Maria Fuster (deputy director of Audiovisuals and Cinematography at the IVC), Vicente J. For its part, Alfred Costathe general director of À Punt, recommended watching Sacha in New York for the enormous quality of the production, which is subtitled in Valencian and English and which “has nothing to envy of the pay-TV series on the major streaming platforms.”
