
Laura Ponte has created our new award that we will show for the first time at the gala
The El Chupete International Children’s and Youth Communication Festival, in charge of promoting responsible children’s communication and rewarding each year the best creative works with values, aimed at children and young people, announces a change in the award.
We are in the era of constant evolution, repeated reinvention and El Chupete joins the change.
During these 19 years, El Chupete was characterized by its iconic trophy of a classic pacifier, which advertising agencies collected, but in this 19th edition, El Chupete will have a new and exclusive award, which will continue to be related to the world of children and youth.
And for this we have collaborated with Laura Ponte, who has worked for the most recognized personalities in the fashion sector, such as Valentino, Loewe, Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Lacroix, among many others.
“Geometric figures encourage creativity and imagination in children. They help cultivate intelligence and are a lever that develops new ways of thinking. Coordination, balance and self-esteem are fundamental aspects of any educational process. “Build a pacifier” is a metaphor that brings us closer to the child’s cognitive development process. Generate the mold of the 3 pieces with which a child can interpret a shape as familiar and everyday as the pacifier. This mold represents my vision of children’s advertising: It is a tool that encourages the creative process and helps to achieve stimuli that accompany the growth of a child.” comments Laura Ponte.

This 19th edition of El Chupete will take place next Thursday, November 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Real Teatro Retiro.
