- Within “Settings”, look for the “Storage and Data” category and select “Data usage”.
- Here you will be able to see your message statistics, including the number of messages sent and received, as well as other relevant data such as the total size of files sent and received.
Once you’ve accessed your messaging statistics on WhatsApp, it’s time to interpret the data and understand what it reveals about your messaging activity. It is important to note that the disparity between messages sent and received can vary depending on several factorssuch as the frequency of use, the number of groups and chats you participate in, and the nature of your conversations.
In some tests carried out, it has been observed that the messages received can quadruple or even greatly exceed the messages sent. This may be due to participation in groups with high message volume or receiving broadcast messages.

WhatsApp has a tool called WhatsApp Proxy, a feature designed to allow users to access services when there is no internet connection.
For a start, The application recommends to users that they can search for reliable sources that have created a proxy on social networks or search engines. To activate it, the following steps must be followed:
- Go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Storage and data’.
- Select ‘Proxy’.
- Tap ‘Set Proxy’ and enter your address.
- Select ‘Save’. If the connection is successfully established, a green check mark will be displayed.
If the user is still unable to send or receive WhatsApp messages through a proxy, the latter may be blocked. To delete the address, just press and hold it. Then, enter the address of another proxy and try again.
It should be added that the use of a proxy does not affect the level of privacy and security that WhatsApp provides to all users.
