Capcom has just announced the launch of Dead Rising Deluxe Remastera remastering of the original game Xbox 360 which will be ported to modern platforms. Although a specific release date and platforms have not been revealed, the game is expected to be available for PlayStation, PC and Xboxas the franchise has appeared on multiple platforms since its exclusive debut in Xbox.
In the announcement trailer, Capcom showed the opening scenes of the game, highlighting protagonist Frank West in a helicopter heading to the Willamette Mall. The graphics have received a noticeable visual upgrade, although it seems the voice actor TJ Rotolo will not be reprising his role as the famous zombie-hunting journalist.
The company recently announced a special event called Capcom Next. A 25-minute event, scheduled for next July 1, in which more details about Dead Rising Deluxe Remasteralong with two other titles: Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess and Resident Evil 7 in its version for devices Manzana.
