In addition to Javier Milei’s speech, the event included the presentation of a symphony orchestra that will perform the anthem in honor of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. According to official statements, this initiative seeks to vindicate historical figures without linking the country’s cultural heritage to partisan politics.

The ceremony will have limited access, with the accredited press located on the esplanade, without entry into the building. It is expected that after the orchestra’s performance, the president will attend the performance of the National Choir, which will close the event.
