The firefighting products company Fire Fighting Equipments advances with AR Racking in its logistics optimization strategy at its facilities in Carbonera de Frentes (Soria). The intralogistics company has supplied the manufacturer and distributor with a new conventional storage system for pallets, installing racks to store pallets mechanically and functionally using forklifts. The commercial representative in the northern zone of AR Racking, Xabier Rica, explains that his company is committed to “delivering innovative storage solutions that boost the efficiency and performance of our clients.”

The warehouse goes from having a storage capacity of 1,500 pallets to 2,600

The remodeling of the warehouse was carried out within three weeks on an area of 1,200 square meters. Thanks to the redesign of the facilities, Fire Fighting Equipments has managed to increase its storage capacity from 1,500 to 2,600 pallets. Likewise, AR Racking was also in charge of the transition of the warehouse’s forklifts, replacing conventional ones with trilateral ones in narrow aisles, with the aim of gaining space and optimizing logistical processes.

This increase in capacity provides Fire Fighting Equipments with “an optimized space for the manufacturing and distribution of fire fighting material,” explain sources from the company specialized in industrial storage. For his part, the commercial director of Fire Fighting Equipments, Álvaro del Castillo, details that AR Racking’s intralogistics solutions have improved “operational efficiency” and “supports our continuous growth in the manufacturing and distribution of fire fighting material.”
