AMLO will meet with Bill Nelson, director of NASA, at the National Palace

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that this Tuesday he will meet with Bill Nelson, director of the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and a commission from the space organization, with whom he will discuss technological cooperation.

“We are going to talk about everything that has to do with our airspace, technological cooperation, it is a new meeting,” he said in his morning conference this Tuesday, April 23 at the National Palace.

President López Obrador said that the meeting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the historic site.

The meeting is attended by the United States ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar; the chancellor Alicia Barcena; the director of the National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies (Conahcyt), María Elena Álvarez-Buylla, and the director of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), Arturo Reyes Sandoval, among others.
