Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are fine with not coming back to That ’90s Show. Kunis, 40, and her husband Ella, 46, who played Jackie Burkhart and Michael Kelso in the first season of the That ’70s Show sequel series, won’t be returning for the second season.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight on April 22, Kunis smiled and said, “No,” when asked if fans could expect to see them in season two. “We did our part, and I think it was good how they introduced the son, like it was our son in the show, and that felt complete,” Kunis mentioned. The couple first met on the original series, which aired for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006.

They starred alongside other cast members like Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Wilmer Valderrama, and more. The Netflix sequel focuses on Leia Forman, the daughter of Eric and Donna, as she visits her grandparents in Wisconsin.

In a September 2022 interview, Kunis shared her nervousness about filming the sequel series with Kutcher, especially being back on the same set where they first met.
