Patriotas Boyacá was beaten 3-0 at the hands of Deportivo Pasto in their last game of the season on Sunday at the Estadio de La Independencia with a double from Kevin Londoño.
Santiago Gómez also scored for Gustavo Florentín’s team.
Londoño gave Deportivo Pasto a perfect start by scoring the first of his two goals in the 2nd minute with a volley. The forward shot low into the right corner after combining with defender Christian Mafla. Pasto doubled their lead in the 26th minute through Londoño, who finished with a header to complete a counterattack.
The visitors extended their advantage and closed the scoring thanks to a header from Gómez after a set piece to put his team 3-0 with 14 minutes remaining, Londoño this time was the assist.
Gustavo Charrupí and Gómez wasted great opportunities for Pasto, while Patriotas lamented Sebastián Moreno’s lack of composure.
With these victories, Pasto has gone six games undefeated against Patriotas (2 wins, 4 draws and 0 losses).
