Our northern cities are in a flood watch starting tonight and lasting through Thursday. The potential for flooding rain is high. The timing is late tonight lasting through tomorrow morning. Rain amounts in our northern cities may range from 5″-8″. In Houston we’ll get a range of 1″-4″. There is also a severe weather threat for damaging winds.
