National Police agents have arrested 11 young people, one of them a minor, accused of harassing, humiliating and attacking homeless people in the Valencian neighborhood of Patraix, as confirmed to Europa Press by Headquarters sources. These are young people between 17 and 20 years old, of Spanish nationality, who allegedly humiliated and attacked homeless people, as Levante-EMV has advanced.

One of the victims reported that they had tried to burn the cabin of the truck in which he was sleeping and that they had forced him to drink urine while being recorded on the mobile phone. Thus, the young people allegedly used to record the episodes of humiliation and later share them on social networks.

The agents of the Judicial Police Group of the Patraix District Police Station opened an investigation in this regard in collaboration with the Violent Extremism and Hate Group (EVO) of the Provincial Information Brigade of Valencia.

As a result of the investigation, the agents arrested the 11 young people last Monday, March 29, one of them a minor, for alleged crimes of injuries, damage, arson and hate.

The Police are keeping investigations open to fully clarify the facts, so it is not ruled out that there are more victims or new detainees.
