Delivery Boy: Delivery boy dies in tempo accident on Lalbaug flyover | Mumbai News
Mumbai: A 25-year-old delivery boy of an e-commerce portal died after a time rammed into his electric bike on Lalbaug flyover in Parel on Thursday. Kalachowky police arrested the tempo driver. Senior inspector Sanjay Mohite said the accident took place around 4pm, when the delivery boy was riding the e-bike on the north-bound carriageway of the flyover. He was not wearing a helmet and died on the spot due to his head injuries. Police are yet to identify him.Meanwhile, a woman riding a two-wheeler on FM Cariappa flyover in Borivli fainted from low blood pressure. Traffic police rushed to her aid and warned her of a potential crash. Head constable Uma More from the traffic branch and two constables gave her lime water and chocolates and called a doctor. tnn
