The following deaths have occurred:-

• Mary T McDevitt (née O’Kane), 7 Larch Road, Glack

• John (Jack) Nicholl, 3 Greenhill Road, Coleraine

• Agnes Mary Semple (Amy) Park (née Crockett), Grange Road, Magherafelt

James Joseph (Jimmy) Hegarty, 43 Shellbridge Park, Coleraine

The death has taken place of the late James Joseph (Jimmy) Hegarty, 2nd May 2024 (peacefully) at hospital, 43 Shellbridge Park, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of the late Elsé, brother-in-law of his precious Berit, devoted uncle of Yvonne and Isabel and dear brother of John, Kathleen, David, Philomena, Patricia and the late Tony, Vera and Margaret. Service in his home on Monday at 1.00pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Deeply regretted by his loving family and entire family circle.

James (Tony) McColgan, 162 Strabane Old Road, Derry

The death has taken place of the late James (Tony) McColgan, 2nd May 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, loving husband of Meta, darling father of Monica, Tony, John, Daniel and the late Martin, father-in-law of John , dear brother of Monica and brother-in-law of Johnny, cherished grandfather of Leah, Jasmin, Jodie, Dean and the late Lauren and a devoted great-grandfather. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Tony will be reposing at his home, 162 Strabane Old Road, on Saturday, 4th May from 11.00am to 10.00pm. Funeral leaving his home on Sunday, 5th May at 11.50am to St. Columb’s Church, Chapel Road for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm. Interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ardmore. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercedes for him.

Mary T McDevitt (née O’Kane), 7 Larch Road, Glack

The death has taken place of the late Mary T McDevitt (née O’Kane), 3rd May 2024, peacefully at home, beloved wife of Liam, 7 Larch Road, Glack, BT49 9NE, loving mother of Martin, Clare and Sinead, mother -in-law of Susan, Cormac and Kevin, devoted grandmother of Isabelle, Kate, Aoibheann, Sarah and Caoimhe and dear sister of Patsy and the late Margaret and Tommy. Mary’s remains will be reposing in her home. Funeral from there on Sunday at 9.50am for 10.30am funeral Mass in St Finlough’s Church, Ballykelly. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Marie Curie C/o Mrs Joan Doherty, 20 Dunhugh Park, Victoria Road, Derry, BT47 2NL. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

John (Jack) Nicholl, 3 Greenhill Road, Coleraine

The death has taken place of the late John (Jack) Nicholl, 1st May 2024, (peacefully) at hospital, 3 Greenhill Road, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of Ethel, loving father of Gillian and Ross, father-in-law of Glynis and devoted grandfather of Alyson. Service in Killowen Parish Church on Sunday at 2.00pm followed by interment in Tamlaght Finlagan Parish Churchyard, Ballykelly. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired or for Killowen Parish Church or Dementia NI c/o Mrs Mona Murdock, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine. Deeply regretted by his loving family and entire family circle.

Agnes Mary Semple (Amy) Park (née Crockett), Grange Road, Magherafelt

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Agnes Mary Semple (Amy) Park (née Crockett), called Home 2nd May 2024, (peacefully) at Magherafelt Manor, dearly beloved wife of the late Victor, formerly of Grange Road, Magherafelt, loving sister of the late Annie, John and Mary, loving aunt of Thomas, Eileen and Dorothy, much loved sister-in-law of Jack, Joy and the late Derek and Irene and dearest friend of Agnes Henderson, Winifred, Edith, James (Burnside) and Glenn (Burnside) and the late June. Funeral service in First Magherafelt Presbyterian Church on Saturday (4th May) at 2.00pm followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please.
