Maruti Suzuki has updated Fronx’s product line in India, and has added a new mid-level Delta Plus (O) in the range. The latest offering from the brand can be purchased at a starting price of Rs 8.93 lakh (ex-showroom) for the manual transmission, while the AMT version goes up to Rs 9.43 lakh (ex-showroom).

The newly added trim sits between the Delta+ and Zeta variants, costing an additional Rs 15,000 compared to the former. The model is only available in a 1.2-liter petrol engine option, which produces a maximum output of 88 bhp and 113Nm of peak torque.

Anything New?

The latest trims follow the same design cues as the Delta+ and Zeta variants, featuring a blacked-out grille at the front, and a flaunting chrome finish strip with decent size company’s logo on it. The variant gets the same LED DRLs setup, paired with an identical headlight unit. A silver-colored skid plate has been arranged at the front bottom, which offers extra safety while running on rough terrain.

New Additions

Inside, the Delta+ (O) has been given a total of six airbags, making it safer than ever. The company has also replaced its spare tire with a tubeless tire puncture repair kit.

Interior Details

Apart from this, no changes have been made in this latest variant. It continues to feature a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which is supported by wireless Android, Apple and Auto Carplay, and has the same multi-functional steering wheel, automatic climate control, instrument cluster, and power window.
