Five people, a 35-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man, as well as three minors aged 14, nine and five, were poisoned when there was a possible leak from a butane gas cylinder in a home on Relojero Losada street in León. The incident occurred this morning, minutes before 1:15 a.m., according to sources from the 1-1-2 Emergency Service of Castilla y León.

A call requested assistance for a 35-year-old woman who was dizzy, although 1-1-2 notified Health Emergencies-Sacyl, which sent an ambulance for basic life support. Upon arriving at the home, the health personnel reported that their gas detector had been activated and that there were four other people in the house with symptoms of poisoning, the origin of which seemed to be a butane gas cylinder.
