Rate Update: Natural Gas Service

Pursuant to the provisions of ENARGAS in its General Resolution No. 117/2024 Based on the consumption recorded since April 3, 2024, an important update to the current tariff table was approved. It is available in the Services/Gas section of our website:

In this sense, we are interested in highlighting that this tariff update It will be reflected for Residential Users from the expiration of the month of July and for Non-Residential users from next June.. It is for this reason that the bills that residential users will receive in the coming days do not yet have the impact of the aforementioned increases.

We also remember that the regime of Energy Segmentation provided by the national government, so residential users who have not registered, or having registered, should modify their data, update them or request a review of their case, have the possibility of doing so through the Secretary of Energy of the Nation, to do this you must enter the following link:

The purpose of the segmentation regime is to organize subsidies for electric energy and natural gas services, according to the socio-economic aspects of each household, focusing them on lower-income users.

This segmentation, outside Cooperativa FEL, is determined by the National Energy Secretariat. It contemplates THREE (3) levels:

–High Income (N1): subsidies are eliminated, starting to pay full rate.
–Low Income (N2): subsidies are maintained.
–Average Income (N3): they maintain subsidies up to a certain consumption and for what exceeds that level, the full rate is applied.
