The content creator on TikTok Queralt Vidal Sala (@queraltvidalsala) has taught “Spanish Day”, an event dedicated to Spanish culture, organized by a university of Swiss and has been enlightened by the “image they have of us“. “It was quite an experience,” he noted.

“My colleagues sent me a message saying that A ‘Spanish day’ had been organized, and they seem to like it a lot… This is promising,” he explained at the beginning of the video, which has accumulated almost 40,000 views and more than 3,600 likes in just a few days.

As soon as he entered a large room he came across a mannequin dressed as a bullfighter and a table decorated with fans, peppers (red and green), tomatoes, and a small inflatable cow-shaped doll: “I don’t understand why the cow is coming”. Spanish flags could not be missing everywhere.

Sangria has been one of the main decorations of the posters, and the ones that were made really did not contain alcohol: “Does anyone know if it is feasible to make it without alcohol? This is neither sangria nor anything”. On the appetizer shelf there was everything: from crème brûlée to Iberian ham sandwiches.

The video has generated almost 100 comments and one of those that has received 100 likes is that of the user @principechicle: “I am Catalan and seeing that ‘Catalan cream’ has made me cry”. “And they still see us as bullfighters,” responded @esterprosperpau, seeing that the waiters have been dressed as bullfighters.
