After its first stop in Europe, Formula 1 has changed continents and is competing in the Canadian GP, ninth round of the 2024 season, which this Friday celebrates its first two free practice sessions. See what time Formula 1 FP1 and FP2 start today in Canada and how to watch it live on TV.

The time difference between Canada and Spain (six hours less there) and with some Latin American countries (two hours more than Mexico or one hour less than in Argentina) means that the Canadian F1 GP has unusual schedules, and the Two sessions on Friday are held quite late in Spain and at more normal hours in Latam.
