Lionel Scaloni delivered the official Argentina list for the Copa América

This Saturday Lionel Scaloni made official the list of 26 players who will compete in the 2024 Copa América in the United States. The Albiceleste shares a group with Chile, Peru and Canada and in addition to being the defending champions, they will be in charge of playing the opening match next Thursday, June 20.

Among the main new features on the list, There is the inclusion of Valentín Carboni who was part of the roster for the friendlies that Argentina played and ended up convincing the coach. He also included Germán Pezzella and Guido Rodríguez who were in doubt due to physical discomfort and a fever, respectively.

The three players who were left out of the Copa América are Valentín Barco from Brighton & Hove Albion, Leonardo Balerdi from Olympique de Marseille and Ángel Correa from Atlético de Madrid.
