Later, the mayor of Monclova, Mario Dávila, informed local media that an elderly woman who was traveling in one of the vehicles died in the crash and confirmed that the other car belonged to “the presidency of the Republic, the now president-elect.” Claudia Sheinbaum”, who was at the forefront.
