What time does the new season premiere, where to watch, how many episodes are there? – The financial

The Paco Stanley series is already over (Who killed him), we already watch the missing chapters of the third season of Bridgerton and it still doesn’t come out I am Betty, the ugly one: The story continues. For now, it’s time to return to the land of Westeros: after two years of waiting, the second season of The House of the Dragon.

House of the dragon 2 was promoted even in Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City, with the black flags of House Targaryen flying with artificial intelligence, which excited some and bothered others, so much so that the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) prepares legal action for using a historical site for advertising.

But while that other legal ‘game of thrones’ happens in reality, in fiction we will finally see the development of the ‘dance of dragons’: the war between the ‘green council’ and the Targaryens.

The differences between ‘The House of the Dragon’ and ‘Game of Thrones’

“It is a deeply immersive world. And although it can be exciting and spectacular at times, I believe and hope that it is the connections of the characters that motivate the public to return,” the main adapter and House of the Dragon executive producer Ryan Condal.

Condal recognizes that House of the Dragon is more somber and “solemn” that Game of Thronesthe greatest success in the history of television series, full of colorful characters, with black humor and ribald situations that provoked the delight (and sometimes scandal) of the public.

“This series tends to focus on the main family (the Targaryens). Although we are going to introduce a series of new characters from less privileged layers of society,” he explains.

“Much of the humor from the original series It came from those cultural clashes of people from different social strata,” he adds.

The most unpredictable character is perhaps Daemon (Matt Smith), the Rhaenyra’s uncle and husbandfaithful to his queen but also obsessed with the throne, points out Condal.

“I think that Daemon is still the most volatile characterbut hopefully we have many others in the season,” he explains.

One of the enigmatic phrases of the first season is uttered by King Viserys to his daughter Rhaenyra: “the idea that we control the dragons it is an illusion”.

“We will have to wait,” says Condal with a smile. “In a way, you can see The House of the Dragon as a metaphor for nuclear power. You have two superpowers, the House of the Blacks and the House of the Greens. They both have dragons. But those dragons are living beasts. And just because a human is riding on top of a dragon doesn’t mean he controls it,” he adds.
