Two people identified as Rubén Mayorga Muñoz and Waldo Morales Alarcón died this morning after a violent traffic accident that occurred in the By Pass sector in Coyhaique, apparently caused by the presence of black frost on the road.

According to the preliminary information provided by the Fire Department, the accident was of such magnitude that when the emergency agencies arrived at the scene, the people were already without vital signs.

The driver of the truck involved in the traffic accident was subjected to the Intoxilyzer test, which gave a 0.0, that is, he was not driving under the influence of alcohol and also had all his documentation up to date.
