Almost four months after leaving Mediaset España, Lara Alvarez returns to television with RTVE. The Asturian journalist has been signed by the public channel to lead the new La 1 contest The connectionprogram based on the original format The Connectionproduced by MediaLane and broadcast on the Dutch state channel.

It is the first time that an international adaptation of the Netherlands’ own space has been carried out. In Spain, the program is produced by RTVE in collaboration with Satisfaction Iberia. This is a different and innovative knowledge contest that aims to find the connection between all the answers that arise throughout the program.

In the first four, they must respond to popular culture questions and curiosities based on videos, photos, montages or unique statements. The final round is iconic, due to its staging, and fast pace, since it is resolved in just three minutes.

Lara Álvarez has a long professional career in the media, where she has become one of the most popular faces on the small screen. His time on television began when he was only 19 years old. and much of his career has been linked to Mediaset España.
