Almost 100 Chilean lawyersmostly descendants of Palestinians, presented a complaint before the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Israeli prime ministerBenjamin Netanyahu, for alleged crimes against humanity, genocide and war crimes in Gaza.

The complaint was presented on December 22 in The Hague. The former ambassador Nelson Hadadlawyer Rodolfo Marconethe academics Roberto Mayorga, Juan Banderas and Hassan Zeran lead the presentation before the International Court of Justice, assisted by the criminal lawyer Juan Carlos Manriquez.

From the parliamentary world, the senators joined Francisco Chahuán, Ximena Rincón, Paulina Vodanovic, Iván Moreira, Sergio Gahona and Alfonso de Urrestiwhich adhered to the filed complaint.
