This is an image that has kept under secret due to his participation in a contest. The photograph was taken in the Bolón mountain range in Eldain his homeland.

The astrophotographer has captured the moment when the gibbous Moon lights up the sky, a fascinating lunar phase to photograph. Furthermore, it shows how our satellite is a sphere and not a flat object, thus disproving certain conspiracy theories.

Coy with his photograph “Lunar Eruption” was awarded as one of the 20 best photographs according to Forbes, the international magazine specialized in the business and finance sector published in the United States. The Elda astrophotographer is also the only Spanish author which appears on the list of the prestigious gazette.

And it doesn’t end here, it goes around the world again until it lands in the newspaper The Times with his spectacular snapshot which has been published in dozens of international media.
