With a “Literary Kermés”, Villa Gobernador Gálvez celebrates International Book Day

Villa Gobernador Gálvez will begin the activities of the Homework Clubs and Day Centers with the VGG LEE – KERMÉS LITERARIA proposal, within the framework of the “International Book Day”, where workshops will be held in each of the spaces. reading and writing open to the community, in addition to “book drops” and exchanges. The initiatives, aimed at the whole family, will take place from Monday, April 22 at the CIC June 20, and will continue the following days with headquarters in the different spaces, until Tuesday, April 30.

In this regard, the Education Coordinator of the Government Secretariat at the local level, Yamila Novo highlighted that “within the framework of International Book Day and in a new start of activities of the Homework Clubs and Day Center, VGG will be carried out LEE- Literary Kermés with the aim of promoting reading and writing in community spaces. In this sense, sessions are held in seven neighborhoods of the city that will be aimed at all ages, from childhood to seniors, generating a great reading circuit for the whole family.

“There will be reading workshops, artisanal assembly of books, spaces that invite the production of writing and other recreational activities. They operate in the morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and in the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Day Centers

The Day Centers are a device for adolescents and young people from the neighborhoods that aim to develop cultural, sports, recreational and recreational activities, understanding that this space can be a collective meeting space that offers the possibility of dialogue, prevention and addressing problems and future project, will also have a wide range of activities in all its spaces between 2 and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
