Santa Cruz writers continue to participate in the 48th Buenos Aires International Book Fair and this Sunday it was the turn of Pilar Arce.
The author arrived in the City of Buenos Aires to present her poetry books “write to the wind” and “Enjoy the trip“.
“I was at the stand of the Autores de Argentina publishing house signing copies, sharing with readers and other writers present. I was also at the Dunken stand, which is the publisher of my first book ‘Enjoy the trip’ and at the national SADE stand, representing the Argentine Society of Writers subsidiary Santa Cruz“, which means a great honor, it is a great responsibility to carry the name of Santa Cruz at the national level,” he said in dialogue with The Southern Opinion.
“It was an afternoon of many emotions sharing with other Santa Cruz writers,” he said and noted that “I had the opportunity for the president of SADE, Alejandro Vaccarowas at my stand, I sent him our message of gratitude from the Santa Cruz subsidiary for being able to participate in this fair and in this stand as prestigious as that of the national SADE“.
This Monday she also had the opportunity to present “Write to the Wind” at the Casa de Santa Cruz, an occasion on which she was accompanied by the writer Luis Pellanda.
The last week of the FIL is already beginning to pass and regarding attendance, the Santa Cruz native commented: “The weekend The fair was very busy, it was a joy to see people participatingwalking through it and chatting with the writers.”

After the presentation of Lautaro towersLuis Pellanda and Pilar Arce, the Santa Cruz presence at SADE’s “Leopoldo Lugones” stand 1,722, in the Yellow pavilion of the La Rural fairgrounds, will continue this Wednesday, when Daniel Beninati present all his work and the most recent: “White poem: milestones in existence“, the culmination of the saga of “Reflections of the soul and the heart I, II and III”.
Finally, on Saturday, May 11 at 4:00 p.m. it will be the turn of Silvina Lisouski with his works “Love with the soul always” and “Halimi and Marwan, an Ancestral Love”.
