From SINDESENA we celebrate the progress in the implementation of the SENA instructor seedbed program in force in 2024, which we hope to continue adjusting and strengthening with the Training Directorate. This training process for administrators is the product of the achievements achieved in the previous negotiations of the collective agreements, and in particular in what was established in the point 5.6 of Chapter 5 of the Collective Agreement of December 2021 (see image below), which allowed establishing a training route so that administrative workers, especially those at the assistance and technical level, can meet the requirement of 12 months of teaching experience in the SENA manual of job functions and competencies.by carrying out a Training Route for Instructor Qualification that consists of 14 modules divided into two phases, with a proposal that allows administrative workers (occupational groups other than instructors) to acquire the indicated teaching experience.
