Numerous Bancolombia users have expressed their frustration on social networks and customer service channels due to the unavailability of the bank’s mobile application. The failure, which began in the early hours of Monday, June 3, persists until this Tuesday morning, preventing customers from carrying out essential banking transactions.

User reports on social networks indicate that the application presents various errors when trying to log in, check balances, make transfers or pay bills. Some users have expressed concern about not being able to access their cash, while others lament the inability to make urgent payments or necessary purchases.
Through its official channels, Bancolombia, in response to customer complaints, has reported that The fall of the application is due to scheduled maintenance on its digital channels that lasted longer than expected. The entity has apologized for the inconvenience caused and has suggested users use the Personas Virtual Branch or ATMs to carry out their transactions.
“We continue working on the solution to have our digital channels 100% availableWhile we finish, if you have problems using the App, you can use the Personas Virtual Branch, as well as the ATMs to withdraw and buy at card payment points. Sorry,” the banking company detailed.
While the failure in the mobile application is resolved, Bancolombia recommends its clients use the following alternative channels to carry out their transactions: Virtual Branch People, ATMs and banking correspondents.
