At 6:25 am Bancolombia reported, through its X account, that “all our digital channels are now available, as are all our services,” after the update and maintenance carried out on the virtual application. However, social media users continue to report intermittencies and damage to the app.
In some cases, it does not allow them to enter the application with their user, while in others they report that the fingerprint reading method does not work or that it remains locked on the home screen.
Given this, the bank responded that they continue working to have 100% operation and for now, users can use the ATMs and banking correspondents.
