“We are excited to be part of the rapidly growing Eagle-Wabigoon-Manitou-Stormy Lakes greenstone belt with notable neighbors such as Dynasty Gold, Dryden Gold and Kenorland Minerals.

Our new shareholders through an acquisition agreement selected Heritage Mining to lead the charge for their land packages based on our aggressive and systematic field programs and experienced technical team.

Additionally, the structure of the transaction is favorable to current market conditions, as there are no minimum spend requirements, allowing Heritage to continue uninterruptedly with current priority initiatives while consolidating a new position in a highly sought-after area close to our current project portfolio.

The Scattergood project has further solidified our position in northwestern Ontario, Canada, totaling over 27,000 hectares within one of the last underexplored greenstone belts in northwestern Ontario, Canada, bringing us to what we believe is one of the best base and precious metals markets in decades.

“We look forward to advancing the project until it is ready to drill systematically and providing further updates on our exploration programs in the very near future,” said Peter Schloo, President, CEO and Director of Heritage.
