Reinaldo Lippi, founder of the Chilean outdoor products brand, opened up through a video on his social networks, due to a large number of the company’s clients who have sent him messages through Instagram, to your personal account, with discharges and claims for non-compliance in purchases made online.

“I haven’t been with the company for more than 10 years. However, to this day, especially recently, many complaints continue to come to me. I would ask you, please, to direct these complaints through the company’s official channels or simply to Sernac,” he expressed in a post through said platform.

Thus, Ricardo Lippi called on users to stop sending messages to their account in this scenario. “I’m constantly giving explanations and I don’t like that, and it makes me a little sad,” he said.

Lippi, the brand, was officiated last Friday by the National Consumer Service (Sernac) in response to more than 1,500 complaints received during May alone. These accused unilateral cancellations of orders or delays in deliveries of purchases made through online commerce.

Sernac did not rule out a class action lawsuit or another instrument that allows pursuing fair compensation to those who claimed.
