It was born 10 years ago as an idea to have in one place the best of Asian food and a sushi bar with different flavors than those already known in the country. Chilli Chang has dishes from China, Japan, Thailand, India among other countries in its menu. In fact, a few years ago they were the brand new winners of the Sushi Master of Cali, where they also have a famously successful establishment.

Among the most outstanding dishes, I recommend trying the dynamite shrimp, the tuna tataki, the chicken ramen (noodles, oriental consommé, narutomaki, boiled egg marinated in soy, chard, spinach, nori seaweed, Chinese chives, with grilled chicken slices) , the seafood stew, the snapper in the sand which is one of my favorites and the masala rib eye (a 300 gram cut of imported wide steak grilled and bathed in a sauce based on sake, garam masala, Chinese chives and pineapple , accompanied by potatoes in helmet).
