Banco Santa Fe launches its new line of UVA mortgage loans in pesos and with terms of up to 20 years, specially designed to provide Santa Fe residents with access to your first or second home.

– Have up to 70 years at the end date of the loan.
– Have minimum net income of 1 million pesos (Other own income and/or income from a spouse/cohabitant can be added).
– Have at least 1 year of work experience.
– The fee/income ratio should not exceed 30% of the applicant’s net income for banked clients, and 25% for clients without assets.
Applications for the new mortgage loans will be available starting Tuesday, June 25 at www.bancosantafe.com.ar and in all branches.
