Clientify, an Almeria company in the area of software as a service (SaaS), with a presence in the Spanish-speaking market with its marketing and sales tool for SMEs and startupshas acquired the Catalan company FindThatLead, an innovator in the field of “potential customer acquisition”.

The firm has not revealed the amount of the transaction. The Andalusian company, which in 2023 closed its first round of financing for a value of six million dollars, with the participation of investors such as Axon Partners Group and Wille Finance, has now carried out this strategic acquisition to strengthen its international positioning, accessing to new markets such as Italy, Brazil, the USA and Canada, and extending its presence to a total of 72 countries.

In a statement, Clientify explains that it will have a team of more than 100 professionals, working from more than 10 countries, and will improve the services offered to its more than 10,000 clients and 350,000 users who access the platform. From now on, they will be able to access more comprehensive and technological solutions, including intelligent tools, exhaustive tracking of sales opportunities and sales prospecting at no cost.

After the acquisition, the company wants to continue consolidating its growth and financial stability. In fact, it currently has an ARR (annual recurring revenue) of more than five million dollars (about 4.6 million euros), and plans to surpass the 10 million barrier in two and a half years.

“We are excited about this acquisition,” said Fran López, CEO of Clientify, who added that “it not only complements our technological strengths, but also positions us to offer more comprehensive and advanced solutions to our clients around the world. In addition, it will allow us to use artificial intelligence to enrich the information.”
