The Technical Cooperation Service (Sercotec) has launched the call for the Digital Kit, a competitive fund aimed at promoting the digitalization of micro and small businesses, as well as cooperatives throughout the country.

The initiative has a budget of more than $850 million, intended to benefit 582 businessmen and women through the implementation of digital tools that will improve the management of their businesses. Each recipient will receive grants of $1.2 million.

Those who meet these conditions:

  • Be micro and small businesses and cooperatives with first category activities before the Internal Revenue Service (SII).
  • Its annual sales must not exceed 25 thousand UF.
  • For this last point, in the case of cooperatives, the calculation is made considering the average sales per member.
  • Have approved the catalog of business training courses that the Sercotec Digital Route program offers free of charge throughout the year, available on the site www.rutadigital.cl.

How to apply and until when you can do it

  • Enter www.rutadigital.cl and register as a Sercotec user, by clicking on the “Register” button.
  • Complete the initial diagnostic test available on the site, to detect the digital status of the company.
  • Perform and pass all required training courses and final tests, starting from the level indicated by the diagnostic test.
  • Download and carefully read the rules and annexes of the call on the website www.sercotec.cl.
  • Apply and send the required documents, verifying that they comply with the requested format and content, within the established deadline.
