Areas’ gastronomic project for the Menorcan airport is based on a combination of local concepts, international brands and renowned national emblems. The new establishments are Paulthe French coffee shop present in more than 54 countries; Burger Kingthe global hamburger chain with more than 18,800 restaurants worldwide; Volapié Tavernthe traditional Andalusian tavern specializing in typical southern dishes and wines and Salamanca foodthe concept specialized in premium ham and Iberian products.
