Sebastián Vargas, the Colombian chef who has the Los Félix and Kruskitchen restaurants in Miami, won a Michelin star again, and now, on his record, he has three. However, the latter had a special and different touch.
For this reason, the prominent Samarian chef, and who is also the brother of Taliana Vargas, spoke in W Weekend about his new achievement.

“The most one can earn as a restaurant or chef is three Michelin stars, in my case I have two restaurants in Miami. This is the third year that the stars have been presented and in 2020 the Michelin guide awarded a green star”, the chef introduced.
Explaining, later, that this star “gives recognition to those restaurants around the world that are committed, in every sense, to sustainability. Both of my restaurants received that recognitionthe green Michelin star, is the third year that we have earned that recognition”, he recounted.
“There are only thirteen restaurants in the entire United States that have a Michelin star, and a green Michelin star”, he finally highlighted.
