I think that song is a lesson for me and if you listen to the lyrics, it’s pretty deep and I always hated Mondays.

The only formula I have to lose weight is without eating, that is not right, I do not recommend doing it to anyone, because it is bad practice, but it should not be replicated. Sometimes people believe they have the right to give their opinion about others, to talk about others’ physiques, how they look, and really the only important thing in this is that you feel comfortable, happy. I continue with that baggy clothing thing, I feel right now that I’m not overweight, but I don’t like it 100%, which is sometimes a little strange because of the confidence I project.
