Valentin Yan surprised everyone by becoming a car racer. The 21-year-old young man shares his passion from his official Instagram account and, although he is the son and grandson of very famous people, he maintains a very low profile. That was why he surprised a few days ago by giving his first interview.
More than 14 years after the death of his mother, Romina Yan, the young man commented that he receives signals from his mother and that it makes him feel accompanied.
“They are signals such as a song when I am just thinking about it or about to do something. Something has also happened to me that may seem very stupid, sorry for the word…”, he began by saying in dialogue with Gente magazine.
Regarding the connection with Romina Yan, he revealed: “My mother really liked to draw with water drops, and if out there in the middle of a torrential rain I see a very unique drop, for me it is like having it present and it makes me say, ‘I know you’re here with me.'”
He also answered what his mother would think when she found out the profession he chose: “I think my mother would be very afraid, but she wouldn’t convey it to me because I would realize it.”
“She would only tell me: ‘You can do it, don’t worry, do it your way, no one is rushing you’… And I would be proud. That makes me happy. I know that she supports me from wherever I am and that she is always with me; that’s very important when getting into the car,” he said excitedly.
